Stopped by the lake on the way to visit a relative in the same direction on a foggy morning when the water was very calm Caught a nice three pounder almost immediately on a wacky rig and not a whole lot after that. Lots of bites to make the time go by much faster Than expected ..water was 75° fairly cloudy and the lake was as you can imagine very full due to all the rain. One thing of note had to get a running start to get out as the first attempt was a bit slippery getting in was no problem , and had a full tank of gas on the thought that it might wet, no problem on the bank down by the boat.
