Fished the afternoon arrived about 1:30 and dark clouds were rolling in.  We got right on the water and  fished for about an hour until it started raining pretty hard.  Caught about 12 healthy fish before we had to go in.  Had to wait out a thunderstorm for about an hour.  Once it eased up we got back out about 3:30 and caught a good amount but the bite really picked up around 5.  We caught them about 30 feet off the bank all around the lake where we think the grass line ended.  The 5.5 pounder was caught at the end of the day!
