Getting frustrating driving two hours to fish at Cody Ranch, only to find no boat at the lake. Muddy slog around the edges, but pretty good action with weedless frog. Biggest about 3 ½
Also, met Mr. Cody coming in. He is a super nice man.

Just left you a voice mail Hal, sorry about the boat not being there, please give us a call at the office when you get a chance. I’ve updated our property pages to reflect that there is not a boat available at Hart Lakes or Twin Lakes, instead the jon boats have been moved to Acker Lake and China Lake.
Mr. Cody is a true gentleman, we are grateful to him for allowing us access to his beautiful ranch and great fisheries!
