Took my little one out for a short trip to Long Lake yesterday. When we arrived, I noticed the road and boat ramp were utterly soaked, and I could not get my truck through. I informed the land owner, and he was nice enough to let us fish salt lick for the short period we had. I've always loved this lake, but the big ones seemed to be munching today. I let my little one do most of the catching, but I also joined in on the fun. He had such a fun time, and we created memories that will last forever: excellent property and a great landowner.
