Nothing big but still fun at Nix Ranch. Pushed off the club boat 12pm, the sun was out early afternoon and mostly overcast mid to late afternoon with 5-10mph SE wind . Air temp was mid to upper 70s. Lake is full and it was so easy to launch the club boat, water temp was mid 70s and no emerging vegetation. Mainly worked the islands and perimeter. Started with chatterbait around the island close to the dock and all I got was nibble, tried to follow up with T-rig senko then had a flurry early afternnon and caught 6 fish. Move over to the south island and caught few more on T-rig, then tried the east island and caught one on chatterbait. Worked the west perimeter mid afternnon after taking a break, the senko bite slowed down so switched to rage swimmer and caught few more. Covered the east perimeter and produced only one fish. Caught 19 total, all were 1-2lb.
