Wife and I fished Triple J on Wednesday from 6:45 to 3:30. Just like Paul Barner’s recent Triple J report – the bass were in the grass! Every fish we caught was all the way up in the shallow grass or just off the emergent weedline. Nothing out deeper or in open water or wood. We landed 23 bass and 1 crappie. We harvested only 3. Eighteen of those returned were all a solid 2 to 3 lbs and Pam caught the two bigger ones at 5.66 and 3.57. We couldn't get them to chase or react to any moving baits. Landed 4 early on a Ribbit Toad ripped along the weed line and all the remaining were on Senkos – pretty much dead sticking it. 
 

Water was 75F and muddied up from all the recent rain with viz at 10IN. Lake is as full as I've ever seen it. All in all, another solid, consistent day in Ferris!
