Total Fish/Sizes : 13 LMB (1-2 lbs); 30 plus bluegill; 1 catfish (3 plus lbs)
Lures Used : Senko soft plastic worm on weightless Texas rig, slow retrieve
Fished from about 10:15 am to 4:00 pm. We spent most of the time fishing for bluegill with my two kids, five and eight years old. Easily caught 30 plus bluegill; most were on the smaller side. Kids had a blast. Probably spent about 2 hours actually bass fishing. Caught 13 LMB, most in the 1 ½ lb range. We did, however, lose a bigger one near the dam. Excellent day all the way around. Beautiful lake.
