This is an awesome property!  I took my 12 year old son for our first PWF outing and after less than an hour on the water, our motor burned up.  We were able to get the truck around to that side and get the boat out of the water, but unfortunately that made for a quick end to our day.  We tried fishing some from the dock/bank area but were that area was swarming with red wasps.  We did catch 5-6 good fish in the hour we were in the boat and my son caught a couple more along the bank near the overflow drain.  We hope to be able to try again sometime because the property was great!
