Pam and I bank fished Shady Grove on Saturday from 7:30 to 2:30 when we were chased off by lightning. Cool and cloudy all day. Lakes are full and draining and subsurface vegetation is manageable. We had a good numbers day landing 34 up to 3.4 LBS - with probably 1/3 of them over 2 LBS. We found willing bass in lakes 1, 2, & 3 with the best quality on #1. T-rig soft plastics and a paddletail underspin were the producers. Fun, simple bassin’!
