Great property, had a blast. Got there around 7am and made a cast real quick before getting on the water setting up a new combo...1st fish before the boat was out of the truck. Funny enough, bite on the water didn’t turn on for about another 30 minutes. Really caught them all over, largest was on the west bank finessing the ned rig. Caught probably 12-15 that were at least 3+lbs with a few just over 14”. Lost one really good fish right at the mouth of the channel back up into the middle of the lake, got me twisted in some brush...likely the biggest one of the day. Had a lot of fun fishing the “hidden pond” back up through the channel. They were killing the wacky rig in that area for a good 2 hours. Definitely will be back as it is a really quick and easy drive for a nice property with some good fish.
