Wife and I decided to do a road trip for fishing and this lake fit the bill at almost 3 hrs from FW. The lake a maybe 4 ft low, water clear temp 59. The fish we caught were healthy with the largest just over #5. The culls were easy to sort through as almost all of the were 8-10” dinks. Not much protection from the South wind here.
