Total Fish/Sizes : 34 total - 28 were under the slot and 6 over. Largest at 3.1 lbs
Lures Used : Lure of the day was the swim bait white

Wife and I fished from 1:00 until 6:00 p.m.  Took us a while to figure out the fish were in the west side of the lake near the abandoned boat house.  Swim bait (white) with a 4” paddle tail was the ticket.  Caught a few on the a squarebill crankbait.  Pretty day wind not an issue love this lake for its suclusion.  Thanks to the landowner for opening up his property for our club.

Nice haul for a half day.  That’s a cool looking DIY fish basket!  What size is that netting?

The fish basket is actually a basket that goes in a live well on a boat so you do not have to try and catch your fish.  You can find it online no problem.  I like it next to my small boat because it floats at the surface and has a large entry for putting the fish in it.

Amazon look up live well buddy. There are a couple variations. Might have to get me one of those for my smaller boat. With no live well.
