Getting tired of being cooped up and needed some time on the water. I hit the water at daybreak and off by noon. It was a slow day, with water temps at 52 degrees and winds slowly picking up to 15mph gusts. I ended with six bass, no culls, and all six fish were decent size with the largest at 6lbs 8oz.  (The big one was really thick from belly to back, just need another inch in length and going to be a serious fish.). With all the rain, water visibility was maybe a foot, and still pulling up healthy vegetation (coon tail) at 28ft. Lake level is the highest that I have seen and hoping those big ones pull into the shallows pretty soon.
