Met the property owner this morning (very nice and helpful) who was surprised the reservation/use of this proprety was still active.  He stated there was a fish kill about a year ago and the lake is now > 4’ low due to no signifcant water run off totals this year.  Went ahead and stuck my toe in the water anyway since it was such a beautiful day – no luck. Over ½ of the lake was around 1 foot deep.  Also, big hole at boat end of boat ramp and do not recommend launching any type of boat until water level makes a come back.
