Beautiful day out on Waterboo yesterday – leaves turning, lots of wildlife, amazing fall weather. Really peaceful place to be. Lake is full (no problems launching, bank is now firm), water clear to 10’ plus. Was there from 1-5:30, caught about 20 – half were culls, biggest just under 5lb. Must have been a big spawn here this year as half those culls were clearly this year’s fish. Culling never ends! Caught most of the fish on wacky worm in the deeper water. Almost all the weed has died off, so no cover in the shallows had them associated deep down.
