I fished Long Lake again in search of some more 6 pounders but couldn't get them to hit on Sunday. Got on the water around 12:30 and caught 19 for the day, 13 culls and the rest in the 1 ½ to 2lbs class.  I could have caught more but tired of busting the bank so worked the deeper water looking for bigger fish. Not sure how I missed it last time but found a decent shelf that rises from 20ft to 14ft in only a couple peddles of my kayak. (Having trouble with the timeline functionality in Google Earth to show the exact spot but below is a rough estimate.)

A lot of good structure along the ledge and was able to catch the bigger fish on a neko rig, pulling / bouncing the 5” plastics up the shelf.  Also found most of the bait hanging around ledges as well.
