Our first time to fish Toby Lake and it was a rough day. Fished with my 3 teenage boys early morning to late afternoon and only managed 2 bass. The water level down significantly and the wind was relentless. Between the 4 of us, threw everything we had and then some and could not crack the code. Both bass caught were near the boat launch area. Swim jig and blue-black crawdad.
