This is a beautiful ranch that is a nice but long drive from Austin. The problem is that, unlike the other PWF lakes I have fished, the Jon boat that is provided here is very big and VERY HEAVY. I could not lift this thing to turn it over or move it by myself (I have never seen a Jon boat this heavy). You need at least two people to be able to use the boat at all due to its weight. So, all I could do was fish from the bank and I cannot speak to whether or not there's fish out in the lake itself.
