This was our second trip to the Bluffs.  Disappointed that the top water bite that we had last visit was not there this time.  We fished until noon and managed some nice ones.  Catches were spread out around the lake and all on cranks.  The most effetive color was chartruse.  Tried, jigs, spinner baits, topwaters, and a little soft plastics with no success.
