First visit to Bluebonnet Ridge and it was a very good outing. Took me while to figure out how the grass was layed out given most of the grass were below the surface. The fish were setup around grass patches visible above surface in the south end and towards middle of the lake. The southeast pocket produced few nice fish as well. Found few around the dam area by the old dock. Tried the shallow creek channel and caught one. Caught 24 total 2 x 4lb, 3 x 3-3.5lb, most of the fish were 1.5-2.5lb. Fished only the bigger lake this time, will try the smaller lake next visit.
