Fishing was unusually slow on this great fishery. It was a sunny 85 degree day with no wind. Tried Topwaters, spinnerbaits, Texas and Carolina rigged plastics. Nothing worked except swim baits. Caught 11 and the largest was 4.5 pounds. Bites were very hard to come by.
