Fished 2 people on SW lake. This is a nice place and the boat is very, very nice. We caught about 10 fish in 5 hours of fishing. Largest fish was 3 lbs. All on soft plastics. The water is incredibly clear with about 8 - 10 foot visibility. Noise baits will completely scare the fish right now with the water clarity and they are very spooky right now. Talked to the owner for a while, he is such a nice guy. He gave us plenty of advice for fishing the lake. Warned us they were not on the brush piles, and sure enough, he was right. No real rhyme or reason as to where we found fish. He also said they would be fertilizing soon and that should cloud up the water some as well. Nice property and should be a great one to fish when we have had wet weather with it’s ease of access. Good lake.
